About the Role
As a Power Operations Commercial Advisor at ExxonMobil, you'll bridge operational excellence with commercial success. You'll analyze market opportunities, support pricing strategies, and help optimize revenue streams across our power business segment. Working from our Spring, Harris County location, you'll contribute to decisions that define our competitive position in the energy market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities within power markets and energy operations
- Support the development of commercial strategies aligned with operational capabilities
- Analyze contract structures, terms, and commercial frameworks to identify value optimization
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and business development teams on commercial objectives
- Advise on pricing strategies, portfolio management, and commercial risk considerations
- Monitor competitive dynamics and regulatory developments affecting power sector markets
- Prepare financial analysis and strategic recommendations for leadership review
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of experience in commercial advisory, business analysis, energy markets, or commercial roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience
- Working knowledge of power markets, energy operations, and commercial contracts
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage competing priorities
