About the Role

The Actuary role in our Primary Care Organization combines actuarial expertise with healthcare analytics to support critical business decisions. You'll develop financial forecasts, assess organizational risk, and translate complex data into insights that drive strategic and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and market data to support strategic planning and operational decisions
• Establish performance metrics and key analytics to measure organizational success across financial and clinical domains
• Provide comprehensive data analyses that identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within primary care operations
• Support business intelligence initiatives by delivering actuarial projections and insights
• Evaluate industry trends, economic factors, and competitive dynamics to inform long-term forecasts
• Partner with leadership and clinical teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in actuarial science, statistical analysis, or financial forecasting

• Experience in healthcare economics or primary care delivery (preferred)
