Join Talent Harbor as an Investor Relations Analyst in our New York City office. This is a full-time position on a fast-paced corporate finance team where you'll own quantitative analysis and financial communications that directly influence investor perception and capital strategy.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets, you'll combine analytical rigor with compelling financial storytelling. This is a data-driven position designed to centralize critical analytical capabilities within our investor relations function. You'll work in a lean team environment where your contributions have direct visibility to senior leadership and the investor community.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analyses that track company performance against investor benchmarks and capital market expectations
- Prepare investor decks, earnings call materials, and presentation narratives that translate complex financial data into clear, compelling stories for institutional investors
- Conduct peer benchmarking and industry analysis to position the company competitively in capital markets conversations
- Support investor outreach by providing analytical support for management presentations, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings
- Monitor capital market trends, equity research reports, and investor feedback to identify strategic communication opportunities
- Generate regular analysis and insights for the investor relations team on shareholder composition, voting patterns, and market sentiment
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial statements and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill data into clear, persuasive narratives
- Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related analytical function
- Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
