Controller

Team Industries is hiring a Controller to lead financial operations at our Grand Chute and Kaukauna, Wisconsin location. This full-time role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and offers the opportunity to direct accounting operations and financial management for a growing organization.

About the Role

You'll oversee all aspects of financial operations, from daily accounting functions to strategic financial planning. In this leadership position, you'll establish accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, and ensure our financial reporting meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage the accounting department, including staff supervision and delegation of financial duties
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and reports in accordance with GAAP standards
• Direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
• Coordinate tax compliance, return preparation, and external audit relationships
• Analyze financial performance to support management planning and decision-making
• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation for all accounting functions
• Monitor company budgets and develop financial forecasts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA license or equivalent professional accounting background required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a controller or senior accounting function
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and enterprise systems
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, tax law, and control framework best practices
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule and Location

First-shift schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (10-hour days). This position is based in Kaukauna, Wisconsin and requires either relocation or a daily commute. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
