Loves Travel Stops & Country Store is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Truck Care operation in Hillsboro, Hill County. Lead a dedicated team and drive operational excellence at one of the trucking industry's most trusted service destinations.
About the Role
This full-time leadership position oversees all aspects of our Truck Care facility, from day-to-day operations and team management to service delivery and strategic growth. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality within the professional trucking community.
What You'll Do
- Manage all facility operations and coordinate between departments
- Recruit, hire, and lead a skilled maintenance and service team
- Set performance standards and track service quality metrics
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Foster employee development and create advancement pathways
- Work closely with regional and corporate leadership on growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience in operations or facility management
- Background in automotive service, fleet maintenance, or transportation industry
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong financial management and P&L responsibility experience
- Commitment to customer service and operational excellence
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Available to work full-time at our Hillsboro location
