As an Insurance Producer / Client Advisor, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients seeking comprehensive insurance solutions. You'll evaluate their coverage needs, present tailored policy options, and guide them toward the right protection for their situation. This role combines consultative selling with relationship management in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and risk profile
- Analyze coverage gaps and recommend appropriate policies
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and client referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through policy placement
- Service existing clients with renewals, adjustments, and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team growth goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience or strong track record in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple client accounts
- Self-motivated with competitive drive and ambition to succeed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within required timeframe)
