About the Role
As a Client Success Associate, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals and maximize the value of their investment with Gartner. You'll combine relationship management, problem-solving, and proactive communication to foster long-term partnerships and fuel business growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio, serving as the trusted advisor for account success
- Onboard new clients and guide them through setup, best practices, and initial value realization
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client satisfaction, health, and business progress
- Identify and communicate expansion opportunities that align with client needs and objectives
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement
- Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver comprehensive client support
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account activity in our CRM systems
- Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven skill building and maintaining professional client relationships
- Resourceful, client-first problem-solving approach
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
