About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at Sam's Furniture, you'll be the face of Northwest Arkansas' largest furniture destination. This is a full-time position where you'll combine product knowledge, sales expertise, and genuine care for our customers to build lasting relationships and drive results.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their furniture needs, preferences, and budget
- Share product knowledge across our diverse catalog—sofas, bedding, dining sets, home décor, and more
- Present furniture solutions that match customer style and lifestyle
- Guide customers through the selection process, answering questions about quality, durability, and design
- Process sales transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor that showcases our inventory
- Collaborate with teammates to exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Stay current on promotions, financing options, and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find the right home furnishings
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
