Absolute Roofing is seeking Sales Representatives for our Germantown, Montgomery County location—a full-time sales position where top performers earn $150,000 to $350,000 annually in a commission-driven environment.
About the Role
This is a commission-based sales opportunity designed for driven professionals who thrive on closing deals. Sales Representatives at Absolute Roofing engage directly with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to present roofing solutions, build qualified leads, and move prospects through the sales cycle. You'll own your territory, manage client relationships, and build your income based on your results.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultations with customers to assess roofing needs and present appropriate solutions
- Develop and qualify leads throughout Germantown and surrounding Montgomery County markets
- Negotiate proposals and close roofing contracts with residential and commercial clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
- Track leads, manage your pipeline, and organize customer information
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience from any background—customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, construction, or similar industries
- Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport with new clients
- Ambitious, goal-oriented approach with desire to earn and grow
- Professional communication and strong work ethic
- Full-time commitment with flexibility for customer meetings and on-site appointments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
