T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for our store-in-store location in Roseville, Macomb County. This is a part-time retail sales position where you'll provide mobile device expertise and exceptional service to customers while driving sales in a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
As a Mobile Associate at T-Mobile, you'll be the primary contact for customers seeking the right wireless devices and service plans. Working in our Roseville store-in-store setting, you'll combine product knowledge with genuine customer service to guide shoppers through their mobile device journey and secure their business.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their mobile and connectivity needs
- Showcase and explain T-Mobile devices, features, and pricing plans with clarity and enthusiasm
- Answer technical and service questions about wireless products and network coverage
- Complete sales transactions using point-of-sale systems accurately
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and support overall store performance
- Maintain knowledge of product updates and new device launches
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and customer-ready
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, customer service, or technology sales
- Natural ability to communicate clearly and engage with diverse customers
- Genuine passion for mobile devices and wireless technology
- Willingness to learn product details and specifications
- Proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale technology
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
