What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain insurance licenses and credentials across all operating jurisdictions
- Prepare and file licensing applications and renewal documents with state insurance departments
- Track regulatory changes and assess impacts on our compliance obligations
- Maintain comprehensive, organized records of licensing status and compliance activities
- Support audit readiness by organizing and documenting licensing files and records
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding licensing and compliance matters
- Assist with compliance training initiatives and regulatory communication efforts
- Monitor renewal deadlines and coordinate timely submission of required documentation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher a plus
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and licensing processes, or eagerness to develop expertise
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet consistent deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills in writing and conversation
- Comfort with standard office software and business databases
