About the Role
Círculo is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our US-based international marketing team. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and supporting the coordination of marketing activities that connect our brand to customers worldwide. What You'll Do
- Execute marketing activities and campaigns that support Círculo's international growth strategy
- Coordinate communication initiatives across marketing channels and stakeholder groups
- Assist in developing and organizing marketing materials, content, and promotional assets
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and product launches
- Maintain marketing project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience preferences within the textile and fashion sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
- Track campaign performance and assist in analyzing marketing metrics and results
What We're Looking For
- Passion for marketing, textiles, fashion, or consumer brands
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (Spanish skills a plus)
- Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or related administrative role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm for contributing fresh ideas to marketing initiatives
