About the Role
As an Express Tire and Lube Technician at our Madison dealership, you'll deliver fast, reliable tire and maintenance services that get customers back on the road quickly. This is a full-time position where your technical skills and customer focus directly support our ongoing success.
What You'll Do
- Perform tire services including inspections, replacements, rotations, and balancing
- Execute oil changes and fluid service checks with precision and efficiency
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Operate shop equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Document all services accurately and completely
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Deliver professional, courteous service to every customer
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to meet daily service goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a tire and lube technician or equivalent hands-on automotive experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently and meet service schedules
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
