Global Elite Texas is hiring a full-time Client Benefits Advisor in Lancaster, Lancaster County. We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to guide clients through their employee benefits options and ensure they understand their coverage and choices.
About the Role
As a Client Benefits Advisor at Global Elite Texas, you'll serve as the trusted resource helping individuals and families navigate complex benefits decisions. This role combines client service, administrative work, and benefits expertise to deliver a comprehensive enrollment and ongoing support experience.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to review, analyze, and explain health insurance, retirement, and other employee benefits options
- Process benefits enrollments and manage plan selection paperwork accurately
- Answer client questions about coverage details, costs, eligibility requirements, and claims procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with benefits policies and regulatory requirements
- Follow up with clients post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or changes
- Collaborate with team members and benefits carriers to resolve complex client issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on all commitments
- Proven ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Comfortable with computer systems and demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
- Background in health insurance or benefits administration is a plus, though not required
