Behavioral Framework is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stafford, Stafford County. This part-time position offers you the opportunity to deliver direct, evidence-based care to children and families while building a meaningful career in behavioral health.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the clinical oversight of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your work directly supports children's behavioral progress and family outcomes through consistent, compassionate, and professional service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Execute behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by BCBAs
- Collect and record behavioral data using approved documentation systems
- Apply reinforcement schedules and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Coach families on behavior strategies and model positive interactions
- Maintain professional confidentiality and ethical boundaries
- Communicate progress and observations with your supervising clinician
- Adapt interventions responsively based on client needs and clinical direction
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) board certification or active eligibility
- Genuine compassion and patience working with children and families
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical protocols with precision
- Reliability and flexibility within a part-time schedule
- Commitment to professional development in evidence-based behavioral practices
