Senior Manager, Contract Management – Data Center

Lead contract strategy for Fluor's Data Center operations in Arrington Corner, Hancock County. In this full-time senior management role, you'll shape how we structure agreements, manage vendor relationships, and mitigate risk across our portfolio—directly supporting our mission to design and build the world's most complex projects.

You'll oversee the full contract lifecycle—from strategy and negotiation through compliance and performance monitoring—while building and leading a high-performing team. Your decisions will impact how Fluor manages risk, controls costs, and builds partnerships that endure.

What You'll Do

• Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution for data center projects and ongoing operations
• Oversee vendor and supplier contract management; negotiate terms that balance risk and value
• Manage and mentor a team of contract professionals to ensure quality, compliance, and development
• Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance; identify issues and drive resolution
• Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices across the division
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout contract lifecycle
• Analyze contract data and metrics to uncover cost savings and operational improvements
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks through contract review

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, law, or a related field
• Significant experience in contract management, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management in commercial agreements
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment
