About the Role
We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented Material Handlers to support our Berlin operations during peak production periods. Working the 1st shift schedule (5:30am–3:30pm, Monday through Thursday), you'll be essential to keeping our warehouse and production floor running smoothly. This is a full-time seasonal position with overtime opportunities available.
What You'll Do
- Receive, organize, and inventory materials and components using established warehouse systems
- Prepare orders and stage parts for production lines with accuracy and efficiency
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks following all safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow proper material storage procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as needed
- Support production teams by ensuring timely material availability
- Follow company safety standards and workplace procedures consistently
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort with early morning shift start times
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (we provide training)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player mentality with reliable attendance
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems a plus
