This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how critical systems are protected against emerging threats while building a high-impact team within our Federal Operating Group.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to own both the technical strategy and business growth of our critical infrastructure security practice. You'll partner directly with federal agencies and utility operators on their most pressing security challenges, translating complex threat landscapes into actionable security roadmaps. This is a dual-focused role where executive leadership and hands-on technical depth are equally valued.

What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring security solutions address both compliance requirements and operational reality
• Build and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals while maintaining visibility into technical delivery quality
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal and critical infrastructure markets
• Serve as the primary security advisor and point of escalation for strategic client decisions
• Develop and communicate security strategies aligned with CISA, NERC, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks
• Stay current with threat intelligence and emerging vulnerabilities affecting critical infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 in leadership or senior advisory roles
• Deep expertise in critical infrastructure security, SCADA/ICS environments, or federal security frameworks
• Demonstrated success building and scaling client relationships in government or regulated sectors
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, and contracting environments
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Active security clearance (or clearability) highly preferred
