About the Role
In this full-time, on-site position, you'll serve as a key analyst within Cardinal Health's Data & Analytics organization, turning program performance data into business intelligence that guides our marketing expansion strategy. You'll design and maintain analytics solutions, build reporting frameworks, and partner with marketing and business teams to uncover insights that drive smarter, faster decisions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that track program performance across marketing initiatives
- Analyze marketing program data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for expansion and optimization
- Design metrics and key performance indicators that measure program effectiveness and guide strategic direction
- Build and manage analytics data platforms and pipelines to ensure reliable, accessible program data
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that address real business challenges
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling recommendations for marketing and executive leadership
- Identify competitive opportunities by proactively analyzing performance trends and program signals
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence platforms (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing reporting solutions and analytics dashboards
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to distill complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, or business operations teams
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, business, statistics, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
