Leasing Consultant

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for The Winslow community in Lewisville, Denton County. In this role, you'll welcome prospective residents, showcase our community, and guide them through the leasing process with professionalism and genuine care.

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant at The Winslow, you'll be the primary connection between Avenue5 Residential and future residents. We believe exceptional property management is built on people—your expertise and warmth will help residents find their ideal home while reflecting our commitment to quality service.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging property tours and explain floor plans, amenities, and lease options to prospective residents
• Answer detailed questions about lease terms, community policies, and move-in procedures
• Process lease applications accurately and verify tenant qualifications
• Maintain organized records of prospect interactions and follow up to encourage lease decisions
• Manage lease paperwork and documentation according to company procedures
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to support resident satisfaction
• Drive occupancy by presenting compelling reasons to lease at our Lewisville community
