As a Flex-Schedule Occupancy Field Services Reporter, you will conduct residential mortgage inspections and prepare detailed occupancy reports for lenders and real estate professionals. You'll work independently across Polk County and surrounding communities, managing your own schedule while meeting consistent deadlines and quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to build your own client base while supporting FAR Inspections' growing service area.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and property conditions
• Document findings through written reports, photographs, and field observations
• Communicate clearly with property owners, real estate agents, and lending professionals
• Travel throughout Polk County and adjacent areas to schedule and complete inspections
• Maintain detailed records and submit completed work on time
• Meet quality standards and inspection protocols consistently
