As a Leasing Consultant, you'll guide prospective residents through the leasing journey with professionalism and genuine care. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive property tours highlighting available floor plans and amenities
- Answer prospect inquiries via phone and in-person regarding lease options, pricing, and availability
- Screen and process tenant applications in accordance with fair housing regulations
- Execute leases and coordinate move-in procedures for new residents
- Maintain accurate records of unit status and occupancy information
- Implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive occupancy
- Build resident relationships and support lease renewal initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail
- Customer service background in retail, hospitality, or similar environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn property management software
