About the Role
The Research Data Specialist supports advanced clinical research in immune effector cell therapy, focusing on data management, analysis, and database administration. You'll work directly with clinical teams to maintain data accuracy, organize comprehensive research databases, and ensure compliance with research protocols.
What You'll Do
- Collect, validate, and organize clinical research data from patient records and study protocols
- Extract, synthesize, and evaluate medical information from patient charts and clinical documentation
- Design and maintain organized databases that support ongoing research activities
- Monitor patient status and clinical outcomes as part of the research program
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with institutional research standards
- Collaborate with physicians, research coordinators, and clinical staff on data management needs
What We're Looking For
- Meticulous attention to detail in handling medical and research data
- Experience with data entry, database management, or clinical data coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
