University of Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Call Center Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City. This full-time employment opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact on patient care and support by handling inbound and outbound pharmacy communications.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice connecting patients, healthcare providers, and our pharmacy team. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with occasional weekend hours), you'll manage a range of customer service duties that keep our pharmacy operations running smoothly. This position is based in Oklahoma City and requires no travel.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and route incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records and patient information in pharmacy systems
  • Address patient questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Participate in customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality
  • Support pharmacy staff during peak times and cross-train on various call center functions
  • Attend required team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of policy changes and best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail when recording and verifying patient and prescription information
  • Willingness to learn pharmacy operations and cross-train on different roles
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software systems

Compensation

This position offers a competitive rate of up to $15.91 per hour based on your experience and qualifications. This is a benefits-eligible role.
