About the Role
As a PFAS Prep Technician at our Middletown facility, you'll support laboratory operations by preparing and processing samples for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) testing. Your work ensures accurate, reliable results that help clients understand and address environmental contamination. Working in a professional lab environment, you'll maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all preparation activities.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and process environmental samples for PFAS analysis and testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to established protocols
- Document sample preparation activities and maintain detailed, accurate records
- Follow safety procedures and quality assurance guidelines consistently
- Handle sample extraction, organization, and staging for testing
- Support the laboratory team in meeting analysis schedules and performance standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; laboratory experience preferred
