About the Role

In this position, you'll deliver critical technical support that enables Glenmark to scale up new products and bring proven manufacturing innovations to market. You'll contribute to the commercialization effort by supporting manufacturing activities at our Monroe facility, from early-stage optimization through regulatory readiness.

What You'll Do

• Execute technical support for scale-up batch operations to optimize process efficiency
• Participate in equipment and system qualification initiatives ensuring manufacturing capability
• Support preparation and execution of regulatory batches for product registration and submissions
• Drive forward project timelines for bringing new pharmaceutical products into manufacturing production
• Collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and quality functions to solve technical challenges
