About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at CTI, you'll manage the day-to-day operational and clinical aspects of research studies. This role combines direct patient interaction, protocol management, and coordination across multiple study sites. You'll be instrumental in ensuring studies run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent and thorough eligibility assessment
- Conduct patient visits, collect clinical data, and maintain accurate, complete study documentation
- Monitor protocol adherence and promptly report adverse events to investigators and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with physicians, site coordinators, and study sponsors to keep research on track
- Manage regulatory files, study supplies, and equipment to maintain site readiness
- Provide oversight and training to junior clinical research staff
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with study requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate with demonstrated progression to a senior level
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients and clinical teams
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and clinical research databases
- Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification (CCRP, ACRP, or equivalent) preferred
