The Arbor Company is hiring a Compliance Specialist - LPN in Warrington, Bucks County to drive adherence to state regulations across our senior living operations. This full-time role bridges your clinical nursing background with a focus on governance and risk management.
About the Role
As a Compliance Specialist - LPN, you'll provide critical oversight ensuring all our communities operate in full alignment with Pennsylvania's regulatory framework for personal care homes and residential settings. You'll develop strategies, coordinate internal reviews, and serve as our primary liaison with state oversight agencies. This position demands both your clinical credentials and your ability to translate complex regulations into actionable policies.
What You'll Do
- Monitor facility operations for compliance with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 2600 and Department of Human Services guidelines
- Create and refine compliance procedures and staff training materials
- Perform regular internal assessments to identify regulatory gaps
- Lead staff training sessions on required standards and best practices
- Document compliance efforts and maintain detailed audit trails
- Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with management on risk mitigation and prevention strategies
- Prepare materials for regulatory inspections and interactions with state agencies
What We're Looking For
- Valid, current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- Prior experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or senior living operations
- In-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare and personal care home regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and experience managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated success training and educating staff on regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across departments
