About the Role
You'll support the design and execution of environmental studies, assessments, and consulting projects alongside experienced scientists and engineers. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll apply scientific principles to address environmental challenges for government and private sector clients across diverse sectors.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze environmental data for site assessments, regulatory submissions, and client reports
- Prepare technical documents, literature reviews, and environmental assessments under supervision
- Conduct field investigations, collect samples, and document site conditions
- Develop maps, visualizations, and data summaries using GIS and standard environmental software
- Support compliance evaluations and regulatory agency coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, economists, and communications specialists
- Contribute to project planning, quality control, and client deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or related field
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations, standards, and industry practices
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning specialized environmental tools
- Valid driver's license
