Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to ensure our operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product quality.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Kedplasma, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our plasma collection and processing operations. Your work directly impacts the safety and efficacy of the therapies we produce, supporting patients who depend on our products for treatment and prevention of serious conditions.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality control testing on plasma products and materials using established protocols and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of collection and processing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions with accuracy and attention to regulatory detail
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and product batch documentation
• Identify and report quality issues, deviations, or non-conformances to management immediately
• Calibrate and maintain quality assurance equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Support investigations into product issues and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to maintain quality standards
• Train and mentor team members on quality procedures when applicable

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate degree in life sciences, chemistry, or related field preferred
• Technical experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory compliance standards (FDA, AABB, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and basic computer systems
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence in a regulated industry
