BraveView is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at our established Lorain branch, a $11M landscape maintenance and design-build operation. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with complete P&L ownership and the support of a proven business platform.
About the Role
As General Manager of our Lorain branch, you'll drive the strategic and operational success of a growing landscape and design-build services company. With direct P&L responsibility for an $11M branch, you'll oversee all facets of daily operations, from team management and project execution to financial performance and client retention. You'll leverage the company's established platform and resources to scale the business and strengthen your market position.
What You'll Do
- Own full P&L accountability for the branch, managing revenue, costs, and profitability targets
- Lead and develop a team of landscape and design-build professionals
- Oversee project delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction across all service lines
- Drive business development and client acquisition within Lorain County and surrounding markets
- Manage vendor relationships, equipment, and operational resources
- Work collaboratively with corporate leadership and leverage platform support for growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a landscape maintenance, design-build, or related service business
- Strong financial management skills and P&L ownership experience
- Leadership experience directing and motivating teams
- Demonstrated success in business development and client management
- Understanding of landscape, grounds maintenance, or construction operations
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and quality standards
