Senior Aerospace Pricing Analyst

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Senior Aerospace Pricing Analyst to support a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies based in Phoenix, Maricopa County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in government contract pricing methodologies within a dynamic sourcing and pricing organization.

About the Role

You will join the Government Sourcing & Pricing Organization, working across aerospace program teams, proposal development, and procurement functions. Your analytical expertise will directly influence pricing strategy, cost analysis, and bid competitiveness for government contracts governed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements.

What You'll Do

• Develop and validate cost and pricing analyses for government aerospace contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and company policy
• Analyze program budgets, labor rates, material costs, and overhead allocations to support proposal and pricing decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and procurement teams to gather data and refine pricing models
• Review competitor pricing and market conditions to inform competitive positioning
• Prepare detailed pricing documentation and support audits or customer negotiations
• Apply statistical analysis and risk assessment techniques to pricing recommendations
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements within the pricing function

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace pricing, cost analysis, or related government contract roles
• Demonstrated proficiency with FAR/DFARS regulations and government contract pricing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience with cost modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and data interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with ERP systems or pricing software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field
