Chartis, a 1,000-person consulting firm in Frankfort, Franklin County, is hiring a full-time Associate Consultant, Strategic Transformation. You'll join a team dedicated to helping healthcare organizations, payers, technology innovators, retail health systems, and investors develop and execute strategies that drive competitive advantage and strengthen how healthcare operates.
About the Role
As an Associate Consultant focused on strategic transformation, you'll work alongside experienced advisors to help clients navigate complex business challenges and implement meaningful organizational change. You'll develop your consulting expertise across diverse healthcare segments while building skills in strategy development, operational design, and digital innovation.
What You'll Do
- Support senior consultants on strategic initiatives for healthcare providers, payers, technology companies, retail health systems, and healthcare investors
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments to inform client strategy
- Develop data-driven recommendations and present findings to senior leadership and client stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning, manage project workstreams, and coordinate across functional teams
- Prepare analysis, develop reports, and create presentation materials for client deliverables
- Support change management initiatives and help clients successfully implement strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple competing priorities
- Genuine interest in healthcare strategy and organizational transformation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools preferred
