About the Role
As a Senior Consultant at Analytics8, you'll partner with clients across industries to design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions that transform raw data into strategic business knowledge. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data challenges into clear recommendations that move companies from insights to meaningful action.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and diagnostic assessments for client organizations
- Design and architect end-to-end analytics solutions tailored to client business objectives
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders
- Partner with clients to define metrics, key performance indicators, and measurement frameworks
- Lead project engagements from discovery through implementation and delivery
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team expertise and methodologies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or management consulting
- Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills for extracting and exploring complex datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skilled at explaining technical concepts to business audiences
- Demonstrated success managing client projects and delivering results independently
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
