Brand Strategist

Knak Digital is seeking a Brand Strategist to join our team in Rosslyn, Arlington County. In this full-time position, you'll develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive organizational growth and market presence.

About the Role

As a Brand Strategist at Knak Digital, you'll own the complete brand engagement lifecycle—from initial discovery and strategy development through successful execution. You'll collaborate with our talented team of UX designers, writers, developers, and project managers to help organizations clarify their brand identity, define their market position, and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead brand discovery workshops with clients to understand business objectives, market landscape, and target audiences
• Develop actionable brand strategies that guide messaging, positioning, and visual identity decisions
• Partner with designers and writers to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal communication
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and touchpoints
• Guide organizations through brand implementation, from launch planning to market execution
• Monitor brand performance and refine strategy based on market feedback and measurable outcomes

• Proven experience developing brand strategies for diverse organizations and industries
