About the Role
As our CAD drafter, you'll be central to turning architectural visions into buildable plans. This is a hands-on technical position where your drafting skills and attention to detail directly impact the success of our construction and interior design projects. You'll work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to produce accurate, professional-grade drawings that serve as the foundation for construction execution.
What You'll Do
- Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using CAD software
- Develop interior design plans, elevations, and installation documentation
- Convert design sketches and specifications into precise technical drawings
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with designers and architects to clarify design intent and resolve technical challenges
- Maintain organized drawing libraries and documentation systems
- Review and update drawings based on feedback and project changes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CAD drafter on architectural and construction projects
- Strong proficiency with CAD software and modern drafting tools
- Background in architectural drawing, interior design documentation, or related technical drafting
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions
- Clear communication abilities—you'll need to interact with designers, clients, and contractors
- Commitment to accuracy and adherence to specifications
