About the Role
As a Compliance Analyst specializing in Ad Approval at AmeriLife, you'll review, analyze, and approve advertising content to ensure it complies with federal and state regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal policies. Your work supports our team of agents, marketers, and carrier partners by enabling compliant, effective marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Review advertising materials, marketing communications, and promotional content for regulatory compliance
- Assess alignment with insurance industry regulations, state insurance codes, and carrier requirements
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrections to marketing teams
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of reviewed and approved advertisements
- Communicate approval status and compliance findings to internal stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance standards accordingly
- Collaborate with product, legal, and marketing departments to resolve complex compliance issues
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and advertising compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in ad approval, compliance review, or regulatory roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
