Arizona Merchants is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Phoenix, Maricopa County location. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily store or distribution center operations, leading a team, and ensuring seamless execution of company standards.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to oversee operational excellence across our Phoenix facility. In this full-time Operations Supervisor position, you'll balance leadership, process management, and hands-on problem-solving to drive results and keep our team operating at peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily operations and supervise team members to meet company standards and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies, safety protocols, and procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and merchandise flow
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, quality control, and customer service standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating with department heads as needed
- Train, mentor, and develop team members; support scheduling and performance management
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and prevent loss
- Communicate effectively with upper management and cross-functional teams
