What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex client matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Prepare cases for litigation, negotiation, and settlement discussions
- Consult with clients to provide legal counsel and strategic guidance
- Work alongside senior attorneys on substantive case strategy
- Maintain organized case files and client communication records
- Contribute to firm initiatives and cross-practice collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California bar admission
- Strong legal writing and research capabilities
- Attention to detail and solid analytical thinking
- Commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to juggle multiple matters effectively
- Self-motivated approach suited to remote work
