In this hands-on role, you'll directly contribute to member experiences, facility operations, and the inclusive community culture that defines Chuze Fitness.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism at the front desk and throughout the facility
• Support the member experience by answering questions, explaining facility amenities, and addressing needs promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment through equipment sanitization, restroom upkeep, and floor maintenance
• Assist members on the gym floor, offering guidance on equipment use and facility policies
• Process member check-ins, manage access systems, and handle membership-related inquiries
• Work collaboratively with staff to execute daily operations and special facility events
