Join Timpte Inc as a Fabricator in David City, Butler County, Nebraska. We're seeking a skilled fabricator to join our manufacturing team in a full-time role working Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing operations, producing precision-fabricated parts that support our products. Working directly from production specifications and cut sheets, you'll operate and maintain various fabrication equipment to deliver quality components on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC and conventional fabrication equipment to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret production schedules, cut sheets, and technical drawings
• Fabricate components with attention to accuracy and quality standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols
• Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing deadlines

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for overtime on Fridays and no weekend shifts. Starting wage is $21.50 per hour, based on experience, with a monthly bonus opportunity and total earning potential of up to $26.75 per hour.
