About the Role

As an Engineering Lead Technician in our molding department, you'll oversee injection molding processes while ensuring all equipment, tooling, and automation systems operate consistently within established specifications. Your technical expertise and attention to detail maintain the documentation and safety standards that regulated medical device manufacturing demands, while supporting the production team's daily operational success.

What You'll Do

• Lead mold changeovers and equipment start-ups with precision and adherence to specifications
• Execute technical troubleshooting on injection molding machinery and related systems
• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations with production teams to maximize equipment uptime and output
• Monitor and optimize mold performance and automation systems to meet quality standards
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all manufacturing activities and equipment status
• Enforce cleanroom protocols and workplace safety practices across all duties
