About the Role

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. You'll manage all aspects of our facility—from specialized electronics manufacturing and calibration services to repair operations and customer fulfillment. Your leadership will help us maintain our reputation for quality and innovation while expanding our market presence in critical telecommunications and public-safety sectors.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, and calibration operations
• Lead, develop, and mentor operations and production teams
• Maintain and improve quality standards and manufacturing processes
• Manage repair and customer support service delivery
• Drive operational efficiency, cost management, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in telecommunications and public-safety markets
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations management or general management experience
• Proven track record leading production teams and achieving operational targets
