About the Role
You'll travel to project sites across our service region to install modern recreational systems and outdoor shade solutions. Working as part of a skilled crew, you'll apply both precision and physical capability to complete installations that serve communities for years to come.
What You'll Do
- Install commercial-grade playground equipment and systems to engineering specifications
- Assemble and erect outdoor shade structures including pergolas, canopies, and pavilions
- Prepare sites and set up equipment for installation projects
- Follow safety protocols and building codes throughout all work
- Read technical drawings and follow detailed installation procedures
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure quality results and timely completion
- Maintain tools and report any equipment issues promptly
What We're Looking For
- Physical capability to perform demanding outdoor installation work in various weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites
- Team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior construction or installation experience helpful; we provide comprehensive paid training
