• Join metal parts using MIG and Stick welding techniques
• Verify weld quality and structural integrity against project specifications
• Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
• Work collaboratively to meet project timelines and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a shipyard welder or in a similar welding role
• Proficiency with MIG and Stick welding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and welding drawings
