Security Officer

Red Coats. Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for South, Arlington County in Arlington, Virginia. This is a part-time position working scheduled shifts: Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

The Security Officer position at Red Coats. Inc. combines site supervision with hands-on security operations. What You'll Do

• Directly supervise all security personnel assigned to the facility
• Create and manage work schedules, assignments, and staffing levels
• Track equipment inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate orders as needed
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and personnel evaluations
• Oversee payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and compensation processes
• Assess facility safety conditions and implement corrective security measures
• Maintain administrative records, compliance documentation, and operational reports
• Communicate regularly with management on site status, incidents, and staffing matters
• Ensure all contractual security requirements are consistently met
