Arc Thrift Stores is hiring a full-time Pricer for our Morrison, Jefferson County location. In this role, you'll maximize merchandise value and maintain a well-organized, appealing sales floor that keeps customers engaged and discovering great deals.

About the Role

As a Pricer, you're essential to our retail operations. You'll work directly with our store leadership team to ensure every item is priced strategically, displayed effectively, and rotated to reflect seasonal demand. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Price departmental merchandise to maximize value and align with store pricing strategy
• Maintain organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor
• Identify and manage seasonal inventory, rotating out-of-season items to appropriate storage
• Ensure adequate supply of current seasonal merchandise is available for customers to browse
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory needs and floor conditions
• Follow pricing guidelines and company procedures consistently throughout each shift
