About the Role
As Bakery Department Lead at Walmart Barlow Branch, you'll oversee all aspects of bakery operations while leading and developing a team of bakery associates. - Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and daily bakery operations
- Train and develop bakery team members to excel in their roles
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
