About the Role

This full-time position offers regional freight hauling across the East Coast with guaranteed home-weekly scheduling. Whether you're new to commercial driving or an experienced operator, Western Express, Inc. welcomes qualified CDL-A drivers ready to join our fleet.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely on assigned East Coast regional freight routes
• Transport cargo securely and deliver on schedule
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes and delivery status
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license (prior trucking experience not required)
• Satisfactory driving history and background clearance
• Dependable, safety-first work ethic
• Willingness to maintain vehicle standards
• Ability to navigate schedules and meet delivery commitments

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $1,600 in weekly pay
• 60 CPM base rate for qualifying mileage and deliveries
• Performance safety bonus: earn an additional 5 CPM, adding $1,200+ monthly
