International Program Manager – Spanish

About the Role

As an International Program Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and scaling of programs that extend Gaia International's mission into new markets and communities worldwide. This position bridges our corporate operations with Spanish-speaking regions and key stakeholders, requiring both strategic program development and hands-on coordination across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage international program initiatives aligned with Gaia's vision of empowering global audiences in mind, body, and spirit
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across Spanish-speaking markets and international partners
• Serve as a primary liaison between Boulder County headquarters and international partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report outcomes to senior leadership
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and reach
• Identify expansion opportunities in emerging markets and propose strategies for scaling Gaia's content globally

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and nuance
• Demonstrated experience managing international programs, regional initiatives, or cross-cultural projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
